Short Description
Day 1
Transfer to airport and flight to Bahr Dar early in the morning. Check into hotel. Boat ride on Lake Tana. Excursions: hiking in the coffee forest, Ura Kidane Mihiret monastery (14th century), Azwa Mariam monastery (18th century), outlet of the Blue Nile. Return to Bahr Dar late in the afternoon.

Early morning drive to Gondar (185 km). Check into hotel and chort rest. In the afternoon excursions in Gondar : Royal Enclosure and bath of King Fasil (UNESCO World Heritage), Debre Berhan Selassie church (18th c.)

Day 3
Day tour to visit Semien National Park (UNESCO World Heritage), hiking in the park for 2 – 3 hours. It is possible to observe endemic gelala baboon families there. Return to Gondar in the evening. 240 km.

In the morning excursion to visit twelve rock hewn churches of Lalibela (UNESCO World Heritage) and local museum. In the morning we visit north group, 7 churches, in the afternoon we see south group, 4 churches and St George church, major attraction of the complex.
