Short Description
Day 1
Transfer to airport and flight to Jinka. Upon arrival transfer to hotel. After lunch we go hiking on the mountains near Jinka and visit settlements of aari people. Before going back to hotel in the evening we visit local museum.

Day 2
In the morning we drive across Mago Park to visit one of the settlements of mursi people. Returning to Jinka for breakfast and short break, we drive to Turmi, visiting one of the local markets on the way. 225 km

Day 3
Early in the morning we drive to the little town of Kangaten. Excursion to the village of nyangatom people near Kangate, then breakfast in one of local restaurants. Then we drive to Kolcho, a village of karo people. We return to Turmi at lunch time. In the evening a visit to one of numerous settlements of hamer people, hiking for about an hour. 250 km

Day 4
Drive from Turmi to Arba Minch (285 km). On the way we stop in Karat Konso to visit one of the villages of konso people, registered and UNESCO World Heritage site. Arrival to Arba Minch in the evening. This resort is equipped with swimming pool and spa.

Day 5
Drive to Lake Langano with stop-over for lunch in Hawassa. This lodge is located near the lakes, where it is possible to swim. 315 km

Day 6
In the morning excursion to Abyatta Shala National park, hiking in the park for half an hour, then drive to Addis Ababa. Upon arrival shopping for souvenirs.
This was an unforgettable journey to Ethiopia! Many thanks to Helena and her team Terra Incognita Tour Operation for a wonderfully prepared tour. We have seen many tribes, learned about their customs and found out many interesting things about their life.
